After working five years internationally in investment banking I joined BCG Hungary to have an impact on the Hungarian market. I opted for BCG because of the open working culture, the intellectual quality of the co workers and its diverse atmosphere—all these are reflected in the projects and learning opportunities at BCG. Since I joined I have created for example a segment strategy for a leading Hungarian bank and besides working in financial services I also tried out knowledge in the energy telco and health services sectors.

Beyond serving clients, I am proud that BCG is committed to making a positive impact on society. We have a rich history of helping social impact organizations achieve their goals. The Budapest office is one of the core members of BCG's Social Impact initiatives. Recently we managed to develop a concept of an urban water research institute.
