BCG offers me the variety I have always been looking for in my work. Since joining the company I have been working in three different industries on a number of subjects, from business process re-engineering, building environmental scenarios, elaborating growth strategy in emerging markets, to post-merger integration and sales force optimization. This, together with the international mobility inherent in consulting work, makes BCG a very attractive workplace for me.

Consulting as a profession has also some key elements in common with psychology, my original vocation. I am referring to the need to build and maintain many different relationships, being able to quickly understand issues that face other people, and to co-operate on common solutions. If you can add to this a bit of humour and creativity, all the better!
